I ordered a dress and there is no time to exchange it at this point. The dress has wrinkles that seem to be set into the chiffon fabric. I have used an iron, I have used a Tobi steamer, I have even washed the thing. Is there anything that will relax this fabric?

Maybe the wrinkles are supposed to be there? Put the dress on a hanger and hang it up at eye level then step back and look at the dress from about ten feet….the wrinkles look way out of place….or do they kinda flow with the design? Sounds like you have done all that you can to get them out other than taking them to a dry cleaner and having them professionally pressed out….then you take a risk of having the dress ruined. If you don’t take it to an outfit that is accustomed to working with chiffon…it will get ruined.

You washed it? It wasn’t dry clean only? If the wrinkles came in it because of how it was packed, I think getting dry cleaned might be the only way.
You can try to hang it up and put it in the bath room while you shower. the steam and hanging at the same time may help.
I use to work in bridal and would steam out the wrinkles in wedding dresses from being packed from shipping. I would hang the dress up and steam from the inside.
